Massimo Volpe, CEO of Global Retail Alliance has participated in Retail Revolution podcast. During this session, he discusses the need for more interconnected dialogues between global retailers. Hosted by Christopher Lacy (Assistant Professor, Parsons School of Design) and Produced by Joshua Williams (Assistant Professor, Parsons School of Design), Retail revolution is a unique podcast originally created for “Retailing and Service Design,” a course that is part of the Fashion Management graduate program at Parsons School of Design in New York City. Each episode features in-depth conversations with guest experts in omnichannel retailing who bring their visionary perspectives: technology, consumer engagement, data analytics, merchandising, and much more.
