As competing with Amazon remains top of Nordic retailers’ priorities, brands are finding new ways to meet their customers whenever and wherever they want to shop. However, flexibility is no longer enough in a saturated retail market.

The results were compi led and anonymised and are presented here with analysis and commentary by the eTail Nordic community.
