As competing with Amazon remains top of Nordic retailers’ priorities, brands are finding new ways to meet their customers whenever and wherever they want to shop. However, flexibility is no longer enough in a saturated retail market.

In Q2 of 2018 eTail Nordic surveyed 100 Directors of eCommerce from across the Nordics to find out more about the challenges they’re facing and how they are fighting to stay ahead of the competition. The results were compi led and anonymised and are presented here with analysis and commentary by the eTail Nordic community.
