Chanel Beauty is expanding from its Soho, New York location to Williamsburg, Brooklyn this June.

The brand is the latest beauty staple to take an interest in the booming neighborhood, joining the likes of Glossier and more. According to Business of Fashion, the Brooklyn space will be housed on North 6th Street near Berry street. It will offer the brand’s beauty portfolio, including makeup, skincare, and fragrance offerings. The site will also sit adjacent to the Chanel fashion and accessory site currently under development.

Chanel Beauty’s newest retail space will reportedly carry Byredo aesthetic — designed to create more community, reinventing the traditional approach to the “beauty counter.”

Chanel Beauty will be in great company. Besides Glossier, fragrance brands D.S. & Durga, Le Labo and Diptyque will also be with a walk’s stretch.

While there has yet to be a word on whether this will be Chanel Beauty’s permanent home or pop-up location, we will continue bringing all the deets as the story develops.
