Shopper engagement study for 2015

A total sample of 3200 shoppers, all identified being 18 years or older, were intercepted prior to their shopping trip and asked to participate in store research. The study was executed across the whole Czech republic and took place in twelve stores of six major retail chains (two stores per chain) – combination of SM and HM store.
